Jason Douglas, MHA, FACHE, CMPE, LHNA, HSE

Jason is a results-oriented healthcare executive with over twenty-five years of progressive, senior-level leadership within non-profit, governmental, community-based hospitals and integrated health systems. His oversight and leadership responsibilities have included acute medical, surgical, and emergency services; inpatient and outpatient behavioral health; skilled, long-term care (including assisted living and community-based residential facility (CBRF)); and home and community-based services. He has a demonstrated ability to develop successful working relationships with key constituents, including medical staff, governing boards, employees, and the communities served. He also has a proven track record for dramatically improving all pillars of success for each organization represented (Quality, Service, Engagement, Finance, and Community). Jason has a strong operational background with the ability to translate strategic goals and initiatives into tangible results. Jason also brings a high sense of Emotional Awareness having participated in the - Myers-Briggs® S II™ (MBTI®), FIRO-B®, Extended DISC® Individual Assessment EQ-I 2.0 and 16PF®

Craig spent most of his career in healthcare focused on leadership and healthcare quality and has a driving passion to serve community hospitals.

Craig began as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and added Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and Fellowship Status with the American College for Healthcare Executives.

Craig Currently provides healthcare consultation services and is a minority owner of a hockey team.
